Features
Configuration:Add or create multiple groups within an account such as
dispatch manager,marketing manager and add multiple vehicles to each group.
Select an icon and create a nick name for each vehicle or group for display of
real time positions of the vehicles on the map. Create individual email and
phone account for each vehicle for phone and email notification.
Tracking:Tracking multiple units group wise OR individually over web or
phone.
Scheduling:Schedule the operation just once for repeated operations.For
example, a fleet manager can schedule just once, a routine operation to lock
all the cars at 8PM in the night and unlock the cars ar 8AM in the morning
everyday.
Set Controls:Set predetermined speed limits and Geofence boundaries for
multiple vehicles simultaneusly over web or phone.
Alerts:Receive email and automated voice notification alerts when the
vehicle is at risk.
TapeHistory:Customer can play the history of the vehicle in the
following modes. Play back,pause and rewind similar to tape recorder.In the
playback mode user will be able to see the overall bread crump trail in the
main mao window and teh live movement of truck at enlarged scale(street level)
in smaller window.
Reports:Customizes reports such as Vehicle summary report,speed and
Geofence notification reports,strop reports and billing reports.
Administration:The service provider can effortlessely peform
administrative operations over the web.The administration module has been
designed keeping in view the privilages that both an application service
provider(ASP) and the customer would like to arrogate themselves for security
reasons.For example, a customer having multiple accounts can accord permissions
to each specific group as per the requirement of the group.Similarly an ASP can
set different administrative previlages such as restriciting the access to
shutdown or delete permissions to a customer service representative within his
organization.
